Perform professional residential cleaning services including move-in, move-out, deep cleaning, and routine maintenance cleans for homes, apartments, and condos in the West Coast Florida.
Lead a 2–3 person cleaning crew on residential jobs. Responsible for quality control, client communication on-site, crew scheduling coordination, and ensuring MIMO standards are met on every job.
Handle inbound booking requests, confirm appointments, coordinate crew scheduling, and serve as the first point of contact for clients. This is a people-first role for someone who loves organization and great customer service.
